Terms for using the Migos AI video generator and paid credits.

The service
Migos AI Video lets signed-in users upload two photos and request a video based on our fixed sample sequence. Generation uses a third-party AI provider. Results can vary: exact likeness, movement, clothing, timing, and availability are not guaranteed. The public sample is an example, not a personalized result.
Your photos and rights
Only upload images you own or have permission to use, with appropriate consent from everyone shown. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, exploitation, unlawful content, or to imply a person or brand endorses an output without permission. You authorize us and our processing provider to handle your submitted images solely to provide the requested generation and account history.
Credits and checkout
The generator shows the credit cost for the selected quality before submission. The server verifies the cost and reserves credits when a generation task starts. Failed tasks are handled under the credit rules shown in the product. Stripe handles checkout. The final amount and renewal terms are shown before payment on Stripe's page.
Monthly and yearly plans renew until canceled. A yearly plan grants its yearly credit allowance at the start of its paid year; monthly plans grant credits for each paid month. Subscription credits expire at the end of their applicable paid period. One-time credit packs do not expire under the current plan. You can cancel future renewal from your billing settings; cancellation does not reverse the already paid period. Contact jiangzhengtao02@gmail.com about billing errors or refund requests.
Output and availability
Generated videos may include artifacts or fail to complete. Please review an output before publishing it, and confirm that your use of any music, people, or other protected material is authorized. We may limit tasks to protect service availability and provider capacity. The project is independent and is not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut, or recording artists.
